This CPD activity is divided in two sections.
Section A – (Reviewing Performance - 3 hours) invites you to reflect on the MIPS medicolegal risk education workshop you attended on Sunday 13 September 2025. In your response, you may consider what you learned, the main insights discussed and how these connect with your prior understanding of medicolegal risks and considerations, as well as future risk mitigation strategies you can implement in your practice.
Section B – (Measuring Outcomes - 4 hours) invites you to audit a sample of medical records to evaluate your compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks in relation to an area of clinical practice of your choice.
You may choose to audit a sample of your own clinical notes or peer review one of your colleagues’ clinical notes.
