This pre-webinar CPD activity is designed to prepare participants for the live MIPS webinar, “Looking after yourself in clinical practice: responding to discrimination, harassment and bullying by patients and colleagues.” It includes 2.0 hours of CPD under the Educational Activities category.
Participants will critically appraise a selected reading and complete guided reflective questions that explore the impact of discrimination, harassment, bullying, and culturally unsafe behaviour on clinicians, healthcare teams, and patient care. The activity encourages participants to consider their professional, ethical, and medicolegal responsibilities when responding to these situations and to identify strategies that support respectful, safe, and inclusive healthcare environments.
