Both the current legal position in Australia ( by way of precedent cases) and the current regulatory requirements will be articulated in detail.

Michael Regos has over 20 years’ experience as previous Partner of Healthcare Practice at DLA Piper where he led a dedicated legal team defending public hospitals and other entities in the state of Victoria.
Michael's particular areas of expertise include health and insurance law – medical negligence, regulatory and compliance. Michael assisted clients on the management of legal risk in hospitals and provides applied legal education, including mock coronial inquests, to the medical fraternity.
